Moving to Secondary School
I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all the students who will be starting at Priestnall School in September 2026; all our staff are really looking forward to getting to know you.
We were thrilled to welcome students for our traditional Year 6 Induction Day on Thursday 2nd July 2026. We hope your child found it helpful to familiarise themselves with the school and got a taste for what a day at Priestnall is like. Further useful information is included on this page to support parents and carers in the transition to secondary school.
We look forward to welcoming your child to Year 7 on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Your child should arrive at 9am and they will leave at 11am. Regular lessons and the normal school day will begin at 8.30am on Thursday 3rd September 2026.
